FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

Do you always take on any work sent to you?

► As long as I’m capable of doing it, then yes. If not, then I have to decline and yes, I have the right to decline.

How do you do your work?

  1. You sent references, etc.

  2. We reach agreement for concept and price quote.

  3. I work on the rough sketch/ draft.

  4. Show the thumbnail/ screenshot to you. If you have anything to change please do say so. If not, then if you already agreed to the draft, then please pay 100% upfront or else I won’t continue. After this point, there would be limited number of revision (4 minor revisions). For major revision please be aware of additional fee.

  5. After payment, I will be updating you regularly. During this period you can ask for revisions.

  6. After everything is done, I will send your file through e-mail or google drive.

Do you able to make a file for animating process as in making each part of the art separated? (i.e. head part being separated by eyes, nose, mouth, head, hair, etc)

► Yes, I can as long as you make it a note since the beginning and we reached an agreement on it.

Any Revision?

► Yes. I can handle minor revisions during regular update period. Feel free to express your opinion.

Is it possible to not publish the commission anywhere else?

► Yes, if you ask me to and paid the additional fee for non publication. If you do not state it, I’ll post it on my page and accounts with my watermarks.

Is it possible have the file first then pay the rest later? I promise to pay!

► No. I’m sorry, but this happened so many times and I'm not fond of it. Please pay first, then have your file.

How long one work take?

► It depends on the difficulty and complexity of the each project. Please refer to the estimated time written on each category.
► Please also note that estimated work time also include time to communicate with client (please be available and easy to reach during) and in the case I'm sick (I get cold and exhaustion from time to time, but can still work), please expect me to be slow and feel free to contact me too, in case you are wondering about the work process.

Are you fine with deadline?

► Yes! Please tell me if you have deadline in mind, so I can arrange my schedule to work on your commission properly and in time. Otherwise, I am going with my own pace but still update the progress as much as I can.

Is there Discount?

► Yes! I would do discount/ special offer on my vgen and social medias which happen periodically. Keep on watch!

Is there IDR pricing for MV?

► Yes, there is but it is now limited to previous customers (2025 and back) and friends only. If you are one of the two, feel free to ask me.

Any benefit of becoming a regular?

► Yes. By being a regular, I can give you some leeway like paying at the end of project or pay in installment. Sometimes I throw in some extra services.

How do I become a regular?

► A regular commissioner refers to someone that has atleast commissioned me 3-5 times and have a good track record during the project.
